It is mandatory:

• the use of a face mask or equivalent
• prior appointment, even for the collection of documents
• disinfection of hands upon arrival and whenever requested before a consular service

In order to comply with the safety rules for offices and similar services, the available slots for booking are limited.

The entry of companions, that is, people who do not wish to request a service, will only be permitted in the case of minors and disabled persons. In these cases, the companion must also obey the mandatory use of a mask.
